Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and a high standard of cleanliness.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, performance, and development to maintain a skilled and motivated team.
- Control inventory, food costs, and profit & loss to achieve financial targets while preserving quality.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health regulations, and hotel brand standards.
- Collaborate with culinary teams to deliver high-quality service and innovative menu offerings.
- Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to drive revenue growth in a luxury hospitality environment.
- Promote a customer‑focused culture, addressing guest relations, complaints, and service improvements.
- Support sustainability initiatives and operational efficiency across all restaurant functions.
Qualifications
- 3‑5 years of experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or similar role.
- Degree in Hospitality Management or related field (a postgraduate qualification is a plus).
- Strong leadership and team‑building skills, with proven experience in training and scheduling.
- Excellent communication skills in English and at least one other language.
- Solid understanding of food safety, health regulations, and luxury service standards.
- Ability to drive sales, manage budgets, and control costs in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience in a luxury hotel or high‑end hospitality setting is preferred.
