Job summary

Help AG in Dubai is seeking an Associate - Resident Resources to join the Talent Acquisition and People, Performance & Culture team. You will oversee end-to-end resourcing for contracts, including requirement gathering, recruitment, onboarding, and contract administration.

The role covers onboarding, visa processing, security clearances, timesheets, and offboarding, with a focus on accurate records and customer site deployments.

Qualifications

• UAE National is mandatory.
• Degree in HR/Business Administration or Information Systems or related field.
• Customer- and team-focused attitude.
• Active listener with strong interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of UAE Labour Laws, Immigration, MOHRE and CICPA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end resident resource lifecycle: sourcing, onboarding, leave, timesheets, offboarding.
• Advertise vacancies on company portals and job platforms.
• Coordinate with recruitment agencies for sourcing and shortlisting.
• Facilitate CV screening, interviews, and selection with customers.
• Support onboarding: security clearances, visa processing, relocation.
• Coordinate travel, accommodation, IT asset allocation for deployments.
• Process onboarding requirements including SAP (Ariba & Fieldglass).
• Maintain accurate employee records: personal, contractual, compensation, performance.
• Administer contracts, SOWs and Change Requests.
• Track and collect timesheets for deployed resources.
• Provide day-to-day operational support for resident resources.
