Job summary

Bhatia Brothers FZE in Dubai is seeking an HR/Recruitment support professional to source candidate CVs, share profiles with interviewers, and coordinate interviews and assessments. The role involves onboarding tasks, contract drafting, and liaising with visa teams to process CPR applications.

You'll contribute to maintaining HR systems in Bayzat and help migrate data to Nitso HRMS, while managing recruitment trackers and payroll data consolidation across divisions.

Qualifications

• Strong MS Excel/Google Sheets skills and attention to detail.
• Discretion with confidential data and good written communication.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders (candidates, interviewers, accounts, visa team).
• Fresher to 1 year in HR or recruitment support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source candidate CVs for open positions across divisions.
• Share shortlisted CVs with interviewers along with candidate profile summaries.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and interviewers.
• Coordinate psychometric testing for shortlisted candidates.
• Draft employment, internship and consultancy contracts and coordinate signatures.
• Liaise with the Visa Work Permit team to raise CPR applications and track approvals.
• Post job openings and manage candidate pipelines on Naukri Gulf and LinkedIn.
