Job summary

Mama Shelter Dubai is seeking a Resident Manager to be the heart of the residential experience, overseeing day-to-day operations, leading your Gang, and ensuring every stay feels seamless, personal, and unmistakably MAMA.

You will build genuine relationships with long-term residents, monitor occupancy and revenue, coach Housekeeping, Maintenance and Concierge, and keep spaces spotless while maintaining the Mama spirit.

Qualifications

• Leadership comes naturally with 2–3 years of leadership experience in a high-volume hotel or hospitality environment.
• Hospitality is in your DNA and you genuinely enjoy looking after people and creating experiences that make residents feel at home.
• Problem-solving is your superpower; you stay calm, think creatively, and make things happen.
• You understand occupancy, revenue, costs, billing, and operational performance as part of your role.
• Integrity is non-negotiable: you lead with honesty, professionalism, accountability, and respect.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day residential operations with passion, energy, and confidence.
• Lead, coach, motivate, and develop the residential services team (Housekeeping, Maintenance, Concierge).
• Own the resident journey: check-ins, check-outs, requests, concerns, and follow-ups.
