We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Resident Engineer - Site to join our team in Ras Al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing construction projects, ensuring they are completed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and schedules
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to maintain construction standards
• Prepare and submit detailed progress reports, highlighting any issues or potential risks
• Manage project documentation, including technical drawings, contracts, and change orders
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and health and safety standards
• Collaborate with the project team to resolve technical issues and implement solutions
• Monitor and control project costs, identifying opportunities for cost savings where possible
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies as required
• Mentor and supervise junior engineering staff on-site

Qualifications
