Hilton in Dubai seeks an experienced Reservations Supervisor to oversee the reservations team, ensuring accurate bookings, guest profiles, and exceptional service. You will monitor arrivals, manage room inventory, and collaborate with Revenue and Sales to align strategies with business needs.

The role requires strong communication, coordination, and a proactive approach to maintain data integrity and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Formación

• Experience with hotel reservation systems and PMS.
• Strong knowledge of room inventory and rate management.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks in busy periods.
• Calm and effective decision-making under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the reservations team to ensure efficient bookings.
• Maintain accuracy of reservations records and guest profiles; document special requests.
• Monitor arrivals, departures and room availability to avoid overbooking.
• Resolve guest concerns or escalated booking issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with Revenue and Sales to align reservation strategies with business needs.
• Update room inventory and restrictions in the PMS and channel managers.
• Train and mentor reservation agents to maintain service excellence.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reservations reports and trends.
• Ensure compliance with policies and guest data privacy.
