Job summary

Qualifications

• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Knowledge of inventories, scheduling and productivity.
• High school math level required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other team members verbally and in written form.
• Ability to inspect 25 to 80 rooms per day.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Housekeeping Attendants.
• Inspect rooms, complete reports, verify status reports; report clean suites to hotel front desk and/or load into automated property management systems.
• Daily allocation of rooms and deep cleaning tasks to team members.
• Manage guest requests, including VIP amenities and communicating them to the relevant team members.
• Routine inspection of guest bedrooms to ensure they meet standards.
• Be environmentally aware and comply with health and safety regulations.
• Assist Senior Housekeeping Supervisor with training requirements.
• Represent the needs of the team to others in the hotel.
