Responsibilities

• Drive hotel sales and marketing plans to support business objectives across market segments
• Collaborate with Senior Management to identify growth opportunities and allocate resources
• Develop and monitor local sales initiatives and campaigns
• Organise product and service information and share via sales channels
• Produce timely reports for hotel ownership and leadership
• Present monthly focus and activities of the sales team
• Coordinate with Reservations and Banqueting to enhance guest experience
• Contribute to management meetings with sales and marketing initiatives
• Prepare hotel contracts per current terms and pricing
• Monitor offers and discounts for repeats, groups, congresses, and seminars
