Job summary

Ejadah Asset Management Group LLC in Dubai is seeking an experienced Reservationist for a leading Parks Leisure destination in the UAE. You will manage guest reservations, ticket bookings, and group bookings, ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Candidates should have a strong hospitality background and hands-on experience with Opera Cloud PMS and hotel reservation systems, with UAE hotel reception/reservations exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Reservations, Front Office, Guest Services, or Hospitality Operations.
• Hospitality industry experience is mandatory; UAE experience preferred.
• Experience in hotels, resorts, theme parks, leisure attractions, or hospitality environments.
• Opera Cloud PMS experience is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage reservations, ticket bookings, and group bookings.
• Handle telephone, email, and online reservation enquiries.
• Update booking records and maintain accurate guest information.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Guest Relations, Operations, Events and Finance teams.
• Support VIP and group booking arrangements and upsell attractions.
• Generate reservation reports and monitor occupancy levels.
• Ensure compliance with reservation policies and data protection standards.

We are currently hiring experienced Reservationist for a leading Parks Leisure destination in the UAE We are looking for customer-focused professionals with a strong hospitality background and hands-on experience in reservation management guest services and booking systems Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in Hotel Reception or Reservations within the UAE and possess experience using Opera Cloud PMS and Hotel Reservation Systems The Reservationist is responsible for handling all guest reservations ticket bookings group bookings and customer enquiries while ensuring an exceptional guest experience The role requires efficient reservation management accurate record keeping and strong coordination with operations and guest service teams

Responsibilities

Education & Experience
