• Explain rate policies and guarantees to callers
• Input and access data in reservation system and verify room availability
• Address guest needs, document special requests and resolve issues
• Collaborate with management to train and motivate staff
• Set up billing accounts according to accounting policies
• Provide information on hotel facilities and services
