Responsibilities

• Respond to email inquiries within 24 hours with a professional tone and prioritize current/upcoming bookings.
• Answer incoming calls with proper greetings and adhere to service standards.
• Maintain guest information in Opera, including profiles, contacts, travel documents, and preferences.
• Review reservation correspondence to identify special requests and communicate to relevant departments.
• Manage reservation updates like changes, cancellations, payment guarantees, and no-shows.
