Job summary

Client of Outsized is recruiting for an AI-powered real estate technology business seeking professionals with REPE sales experience. You will lead client engagements from discovery to delivery, tailoring the product to each real estate fund or family office, and potentially lead whole engagements.

The role emphasizes selling the product, defining client requirements, and coordinating with the engineering team to implement solutions. Initial contract of 6–12 months, based in the UAE or UK.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in real estate private equity or real estate investing at associate level with sales or BD background.
• Entrepreneurial, self-starter with ownership, able to lead independently.
• Confident in client-facing work and able to speak REPE investor language.

Responsibilities

• Open and lead conversations with REPE funds and family offices to uncover core problems.
• Sell the existing product and lead client discussions.
• Gather client requirements and translate into detailed specifications.
• Work with forward-deployed engineering to build changes for each client.
• Manage the relationship between the client, the company, and its engineering team.
• Bring REPE expertise into the business.
