Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 1–2 years of inside sales or customer support experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience coordinating with customers and internal teams.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and costing sheets.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to move opportunities through the sales cycle.
• Engage with end users, contractors, consultants, and partners to clarify requirements.
• Work with Account Managers and Sales Engineers to develop competitive solutions.
• Manage proposal lifecycle including bid documentation, follow-up, and order processing.
• Maintain accurate CRM records for pipeline and forecasting.
• Support handover from quotation through order execution and delivery.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and governance.
