Job summary

Education 1st Recruitment seeks a Sales Administrator in Dubai to keep the sales engine moving, draft proposals, and follow up on inquiries. You will support the CEO by ensuring timely proposals, maintaining client relationships, and coordinating CRM-driven activities across Zoho CRM, LinkedIn, and MS 365.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in a similar role, strong English (Arabic welcome), and UAE/GCC experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's level welcome; no specific degree required.
Native or near-native written and spoken English; Arabic welcome.
Minimum 3 years in a Sales Administrator, Sales Coordinator or comparable B2B sales support role.
Minimum 2 years using Zoho CRM (or HubSpot or Salesforce) at pipeline ownership level.
Minimum 2 years drafting B2B proposals to client facing standard.
UAE or wider GCC working experience essential.

Responsibilities

Sales Support - Draft proposals
Follow up on proposals and on enquiries
Prepare pre call briefs
Response Time and Follow Up - Respond promptly to client supplier and prospect enquiries
Run admin follow ups with clients
Confirm sales appointments the same day
Client Experience - Run weekly follow ups with existing clients
Conduct monthly client satisfaction check
Maintain warm relationships across all sectors Z PD serves
Operational suporrt- Documentation and CRM TOOLS
