Job summary

Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Pro to support the sales team by preparing precise proposals, quotations, and costing sheets.

You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to move opportunities through the full sales cycle, driving new PSA and L&M business, renewals, and smooth handover from quotation to order processing. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, tender submissions, and detailed costing sheets in line with customer requirements, company policies, and margin objectives.
• Engage with end users, facility management companies, contractors, consultants, and business partners to understand scope and support the sales process.
• Work with Account Managers, Sales Engineers, Operations, and other internal teams to develop accurate customer solutions.
• Manage the full proposal and quotation lifecycle, including bid documentation, customer follow-up, renewal quotations, internal approvals, and order processing.
• Maintain CRM records to support pipeline management and sales forecasting.
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams to support handover, order execution, and customer satisfaction.
