Job summary

Fiberli, a leading LED lighting manufacturer, seeks a Sales Executive in Dubai for remote home-office work. You will identify and develop opportunities, build relationships with distributors, designers, and contractors while managing UAE project pipelines from first contact to order closure.

The role focuses on promoting Fiberli's LED portfolio, providing product recommendations, and coordinating with the HQ for specifications and engineering solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical or Lighting related field preferred.
• Proven sales experience in lighting, architectural, or project-based sales.
• Solid knowledge of LED products and project-based sales workflows.
• Existing UAE lighting market contacts is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a home-office setup.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong presentation skills.
• Based in Dubai with UAE driving license.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and build relationships with distributors, designers, architects, and contractors.
• Manage project pipelines from initial contact to order closure across the UAE.
• Promote Fiberli's LED portfolio and recommend product solutions for projects.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and drive end-to-end sales processes.
• Coordinate with headquarters and R&D for specs and customized solutions.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and opportunities in the region.
• Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and strategic business plans.
• Represent Fiberli professionally at meetings and industry events.
