Job summary

Fiberli, a leading LED lighting manufacturer, seeks a motivated Sales Executive to develop business opportunities across the UAE from a home-office in Dubai. The role requires building relationships with distributors, designers, architects and contractors, managing projects end-to-end, and coordinating with HQ for technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
• Proven sales experience in lighting, architectural, facade or project-based LED lighting.
• Solid understanding of LED lighting products and project-based sales workflows.
• Existing UAE lighting market contacts advantageous.
• Capable of working independently in a home-office setup.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities with lighting distributors, importers, designers, architects, consultants, contractors and developers.
• Track architectural and commercial lighting projects across the UAE from initial contact to order closure.
• Promote Fiberli’s LED lighting portfolio and recommend suitable products for specific projects.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and manage end-to-end sales process.
• Coordinate with Fiberli HQ and technical teams on specifications and delivery.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the region.
• Maintain accurate customer records, CRM pipelines, and weekly sales reports.
