Qualifications

• Proven experience in electrical or lighting system design engineering; load calculations and lighting layouts.
• Experience coordinating project design across commercial buildings, hospitals or large-scale fit-outs.
• 4-6+ years of UAE experience in lighting, electrical, MEP or construction sales.
• Proven track record of winning lighting or project-based deals.
• Strong network with consultants, contractors and MEP companies in Abu Dhabi.

This is a project-driven sales leadership role, not a retail or transactional sales job. We are looking for someone who understands how lighting projects are specified, negotiated and executed in the UAE market.

• 4-6+ years of UAE experience in lighting, electrical, MEP or construction sales
• Proven track record of winning lighting or project-based deals
• Strong network with consultants, contractors and MEP companies in Abu Dhabi
• Good understanding of lighting products (LED, fixtures, controls, specifications)
• Experience in project sales, tenders and specification approvals
• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills
• UAE driving licence is mandatory
• Ability to work independently and deliver results under pressure
