Job summary

FURNISPACE INTERIOR DECORATION L.L.C pace) in the United Arab Emirates seeks a confident Female Sales Executive. The role focuses on new business development, lead generation through outdoor visits, and presenting lighting products to convert opportunities into sales.

You will manage quotations, follow-ups, and close deals while achieving KPIs and targets. The ideal candidate is fluent in English, with proven B2B sales experience, strong negotiation skills, and an existing UAE client network.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with strong spoken and written communication.
• Proven experience in sales, business development or outdoor/field sales.
• Strong lead-generation, negotiation, follow-up and closing skills.
• UAE market experience and existing client network is a strong advantage.
• UAE driving license is mandatory or advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Generate new business through outdoor visits, cold calling, networking, referrals, exhibitions and other lead-generation activities.
• Identify and approach new customers and opportunities; develop relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, developers and corporate/retail clients.
• Prepare accurate quotations and follow up until conversion; negotiate and close sales.
• Develop new accounts and generate repeat business, upselling and referrals; maintain an active pipeline and regular follow-ups.
• Proactively identify upcoming projects and lighting opportunities across the UAE; keep records of leads, visits and sales.
