Equiti Group in Dubai is seeking an Affiliate Lead to grow and manage the affiliate channel, driving funded accounts and trading volume. This is a revenue-focused role requiring strong commercial acumen and performance marketing experience.

You will define scalable strategies, recruit top partners, negotiate terms, and optimize CPA/RevShare models while ensuring compliance within regulated trading environments. This is a dynamic, leadership-driven position in our Dubai office.

Formación

• 5+ years in affiliate marketing within CFDs, FX, Online Trading, Crypto or iGaming.
• Proven experience scaling affiliate revenue in a performance-driven environment.
• Strong commercial negotiation experience.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute a scalable affiliate strategy aligned with revenue targets.
• Build and expand a diversified partner portfolio incl. affiliates, influencers and comparison platforms.
• Identify new acquisition opportunities and partnerships to drive growth.
• Develop and optimize CPA, RevShare and commission frameworks based on LTV and margin targets.
• Proactively source, evaluate and onboard high-value affiliates with revenue potential.
• Lead negotiations and contract structuring to ensure mutually profitable partnerships.
• Establish long-term performance-driven relationships with top-tier partners.
• Deliver structured performance reporting with insights and strategic recommendations.
