Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner, seeks a Director of Product-Led Growth based in the United Arab Emirates. You will lead strategy and execution of a scalable, revenue-generating product-led growth engine for a global cloud technology business, owning ARR and expanding freemium-conversion, expansion, and retention.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading product-led growth initiatives in a SaaS or cloud infrastructure business.
• Direct ownership of ARR, freemium to paid conversion, and retention metrics.
• Ability to translate complex cloud/dev platform capabilities into self-service experiences.
• Track record coordinating Marketing, Product, Engineering and Sales to drive growth.
• Strong analytics: funnel optimization, activation, monetization, retention metrics.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product-led growth strategy to drive ARR from self-service and expansion.
• Develop scalable growth programs and set measurable revenue targets across international markets.
• Align Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Sales to deliver measurable customer outcomes.
• Identify and implement in-product monetization and optimize onboarding and conversion funnels.
• Refine user experience using behavioral analytics and churn indicators to improve retention.
• Establish a data-driven growth culture with performance metrics and hypothesis testing.
• Collaborate with product teams to align platform capabilities with customer needs and AI opportunities.
