Qualifications

• 4+ years recruitment experience in UAE/Saudi Arabia mandatory.
• Experience in GTM roles or growth-stage environments preferred.
• Ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; detail-oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source, engage, and attract top-tier candidates through multiple channels.
• Manage candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle from outreach to offer.
• Hit hiring targets and manage a healthy pipeline across regions.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers; be a key contact point.
• Streamline workflows and adopt new tools to improve recruitment efficiency.
• Continuously learn from senior recruiters and principals to grow expertise.
