Job summary

Acre Security is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer in the United Arab Emirates (Remote) to support the Middle East & Africa region. You will partner with regional sales teams to deliver technically compelling security solutions and build trusted relationships with customers and partners.

The role requires deep security technology knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to translate requirements into architecture and demonstrations while collaborating with Product Management, Marketing

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical sales engineering or pre-sales.
• Experience with PACS, VMS, intrusion security technologies.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership– Deliver product demonstrations, manage PoCs, and support customer evaluations.
• Create technical solutions– Develop quotations, proposals, requirements documentation, and architecture/integration designs.
• Lead customer workshops– Capture business and technical requirements and support the creation of Statements of Work for future implementations.
• Support regional opportunities– Complete customer IT questionnaires and provide technical guidance throughout the sales process.
• Represent Acre Security– Participate in customer engagements, industry events, trade shows, and partner activities.
• Collaborate across teams– Work closely with Product Management, Marketing, and Customer Support to provide feedback on customer requirements, market trends, and product enhancements.
• Maintain technical assets– Build and maintain demonstrations and technical materials for customer and partner engagements.
