Job summary

Acuity Inc. is seeking a Sales & Business Development Specialist to join our MEA team in the UAE. You will identify and develop new customers, nurture relationships with system integrators and end users, and drive opportunities through to closure with support from partners and technical teams.

The role requires 3–5 years in sales or business development in B2B tech, excellent English, and familiarity with Salesforce. Arabic skills are a plus and a strong pipeline mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of sales, business development or account development experience in B2B tech environments.
• Proven ability to generate new business and build a pipeline.
• Strong prospecting skills and ability to create opportunities independently.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target and develop new customers and opportunities in MEA.
• Build relationships with end users, consultants, integrators and decision-makers.
• Understand customer needs and how Q-SYS solutions add value.
• Own opportunities from qualification to closure, including proposals and negotiations.
• Maintain accurate CRM data (Salesforce) and report forecasts to management.
