Job summary

The Greater Change is seeking a tech-savvy talent sourcing professional to drive AI-powered recruitment across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and other GCC countries. You will identify opportunities for C-suite executives, tailor applications, and manage end-to-end job search processes using digital tools.

Role requires 3+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment operations, strong AI tool knowledge, and a deep understanding of UAE/GCC markets.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, sourcing or recruitment operations.
• Strong practical knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or equivalent platforms.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, job portals, ATS, Boolean search and online research.
• Ability to use technology to simplify recruitment processes, identify jobs for C-Suite candidates, and improve results.
• Excellent written English, attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple assignments and take ownership of outcomes.
• Knowledge of the UAE and GCC job markets will be an advantage.

About the Role
