Job summary

Y-Axis in Dubai is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition specialist to support end-to-end recruitment across diverse roles and international markets. You will source and headhunt candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals and proactive outreach, and build robust talent pipelines for future growth.

You will conduct initial screening and manage candidates through the recruitment journey, coordinate interviews and feedback, and help enhance recruitment processes and reporting across

Qualifications

• Experience in internal Talent Acquisition or agency recruitment role.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting experience, ideally using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly proactive, organised and capable of managing multiple vacancies.
• Strong attention to detail and genuine interest in recruitment and talent.
• Willingness to learn, develop and take ownership.
• Experience recruiting within financial services, sales or professional services advantageous.
