TECCODD CAREERS is seeking a proactive Talent Sourcing Specialist to identify, engage and build pipelines of qualified candidates for diverse mandates. You will leverage advanced search techniques, professional networks and databases to identify talent beyond CV volume.

You will work in a fast-paced recruitment environment where speed, relevance and accuracy matter, delivering qualified profiles across industries while supporting recruiters to meet client deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct talent mapping and market research to identify qualified candidates across industries and markets.
• Develop and execute advanced Boolean search strings for LinkedIn, CV databases, job portals and search engines.
• Use LinkedIn sourcing techniques, database mining and other recruitment research tools to identify active and passive candidates.
• Identify hard-to-find talent for specialised recruitment mandates.
• Review candidate profiles against job descriptions to ensure relevance to roles.
• Build and maintain structured talent pipelines and candidate databases for current and future hiring needs.
• Research competitor companies, target organisations, industry segments and relevant talent pools.
• Support recruiters by delivering qualified candidate profiles within agreed timelines.
• Maintain accurate sourcing records, search strategies, candidate details and pipeline updates.
• Continuously improve sourcing techniques, search strategies and turnaround times.

This is a fast-paced recruitment environment where speed relevance and sourcing accuracy matter. You will work on active vacancies across different industries using advanced search techniques professional networks candidate databases and creative research methods to identify talent that traditional searches may miss.

We value relevant sourcing over CV volume. Your ability to find suitable candidates quickly and consistently will directly contribute to our recruitment delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct talent mapping and market research to identify qualified candidates across industries functions and geographical markets.
• Develop and execute advanced Boolean search strings for LinkedIn CV databases job portals and search engines.
• Use LinkedIn sourcing techniques database mining and other recruitment research tools to identify active and passive candidates.
• Identify hard-to-find talent for specialised technical managerial and bulk recruitment mandates.
• Review candidate profiles and CVs against job descriptions ensuring relevance to the roles essential requirements.
• Build and maintain structured talent pipelines and candidate databases for current and future hiring needs.

Required Skills and Experience
