Job summary

ODMAR is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to grow its financial services portfolio in the UAE. The role concentrates on invoice financing, working capital, receivables financing, debt recovery, and fintech services, with remote work flexibility.

You will identify new SME and corporate clients, generate leads via cold calling, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, referrals, and direct outreach, and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to onboarding.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with outbound sales and cold calling.
• Ability to identify business opportunities and convert prospects into clients.
• Experience in banking, financial services, fintech, or SME financing is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, organised, and target-oriented.
• Good English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new SME and corporate clients.
• Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Identify businesses requiring invoice financing and working capital solutions.
• Promote the group's financial products and services.
• Build relationships with business owners, CFOs, finance managers, and decision-makers.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact through client onboarding.
• Follow up with existing clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Achieve monthly sales and client acquisition targets.
