Job summary

ODMAR is seeking a Partnerships Intern to support the partnerships team in building referral channels for invoice financing, B2B debt collection and borrower verification.

The role involves researching potential partners in the UAE, building lead lists, initiating contact via LinkedIn, email and phone, and tracking pipeline in the CRM while helping onboard new partners and keeping them engaged. Remote work during UAE business hours.

Qualifications

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in Business, Finance, Commerce or related field.
• Fluent Arabic and strong English (written and spoken).
• Interest in finance, fintech or banking.
• Organized and confident on calls and email; able to build presentations.
• Self-driven, able to work remotely and available during UAE business hours.

Responsibilities

• Research and map potential partners: accounting and audit firms, business setup consultants, banks and fintech lenders in the UAE.
• Build partner lead lists and make first contact through LinkedIn, email and phone.
• Book intro meetings and prepare partner briefs and pitch materials.
• Track partner pipeline, referrals and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Help onboard new partners and keep them engaged.
