ODMAR is hiring a Sales Executive to grow our financial services portfolio, including invoice financing and working capital solutions for SMEs and corporates. You will identify opportunities, acquire clients, and build long-term relationships, with a focus on outbound prospecting and a strong sales pipeline.

The role offers remote work, performance-based commission, and growth within a diversified financial services group.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with outbound sales and cold calling.
• Ability to identify business opportunities and convert prospects into clients.
• Experience in banking, financial services, fintech, or SME financing is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, organised, and target-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new SME and corporate clients.
• Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Identify businesses requiring invoice financing and working capital solutions.
• Promote the group's financial products and services.
• Build relationships with business owners, CFOs, finance managers, and decision-makers.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact through client onboarding.
• Follow up with existing clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Achieve monthly sales and client acquisition targets.
