Job summary

Hello Chef is seeking a sharp, structured Remote Recruiter to screen high volumes of candidates, conduct structured interviews, and deliver strong shortlists quickly. You’ll partner with the CEO and hiring managers to maintain clean pipelines and provide a professional candidate experience from first touch to final stage.

Ideal candidates have 4–5 years in recruiting, superb English communication, and proficiency with BambooHR, LinkedIn, and Slack.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Structured, detail-oriented and consistent.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Proficient with BambooHR, LinkedIn, and Slack.

Responsibilities

• Screen around 400–500 CVs and run 15–20 structured video calls per week.
• Maintain BambooHR notes and daily progress updates; share concise summaries.
• Deliver 5–8 strong shortlisted candidates per role within 2–3 weeks.
• Communicate clearly with candidates and hiring managers; uphold brand values.
