Job summary

Rethink Passion in Dubai seeks a talented recruiter to own the full-cycle process from sourcing to onboarding. You will partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and develop tailored strategies, sourcing candidates via portals, social media, referrals, and direct approaches.

You will assess candidates, coordinate interviews, and maintain a robust pipeline for current and future roles while ensuring a smooth candidate experience and accurate data reporting.

Qualifications

• Graduation is mandatory for all candidates.
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong sourcing techniques with recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to manage multiple roles.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment Any Degree (Graduation is Mandatory)3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong experience with sourcing techniques with recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
