The role involves qualifying candidates through initial interactions and coordinating interviews. Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruiting or talent sourcing, ideally in marketing or DTC industries.
• Comfortable using outreach tools and boolean search.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.

• Fluent in English; confident holding warm, natural conversations with candidates.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

• Collaborate daily with our Customer Success Manager and Interview Manager to align on priorities, client feedback, and next steps.
• Suggest process improvements to keep our sourcing and matching flow sharp, fast, and clutter-free.
