Ethos is seeking an experienced HR professional to support training their language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will own the end-to-end creation and refinement of job descriptions, offer letters, HR policy, and performance-review materials while delivering precise, well-crafted documents.

Remote, flexible commitment of 5-20 hours per week with ASAP start. This role emphasizes writing quality, attention to detail, and strong communication across HR workflows

Qualifications

• 4+ years as an HR generalist, recruiter, or people operations professional
• Direct ownership of writing job descriptions, offer letters, HR policy, or performance-review materials
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for core HR workflows
• Write and update job descriptions, interview scorecards, offer letters, and compensation rationale
• Draft HR policies, handbooks, and performance-review templates
• Prepare candidate feedback and rejection communications, and track headcount and compensation bands
