Job summary

AvantStay seeks a high-capacity Recruiter to scale hiring across corporate and field operations worldwide. You’ll own full-cycle recruiting for up to 40 concurrent roles and partner with managers to close hires across HQ and destination markets.

You’ll leverage AI-powered sourcing, build interview scorecards, and ensure a hospitality-first candidate experience while navigating multiple countries and time zones. The role is fully remote with US business-hours alignment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience at a company with corporate/HQ and distributed local operations.
• Hospitality industry experience is required (hotels, vacation rentals, restaurants, travel, or similar).
• Comfort carrying a high requisition load (30+ open reqs strongly preferred).
• Fluency and enthusiasm for AI-powered recruiting tools; adapts quickly as tools evolve and embraces early adoption.
• Strong tech stack fluency: modern ATS platforms, sourcing tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and data/reporting tools.
• Self-directed, highly organized, and able to prioritize ruthlessly in a dynamic environment.
• Experience recruiting across multiple countries is a strong plus.
• Fluent written and verbal English communication skills with professional candidate interaction.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for up to 40 concurrent requisitions across corporate and field operations.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and drive hiring decisions to close.
• Build and execute sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, referrals, talent communities, and AI-powered tools.
• Leverage AI tools to increase speed and quality across the funnel and test new tools as they evolve.
• Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience from first touch through offer.
• Maintain clean, accurate data in the ATS and report on pipeline health and metrics.
