Cross Border Talents is seeking a General Manager - India (Forex/CFD) to lead the launch of a new brand from Dubai in a remote capacity. You will build the Indian market entry strategy, recruit and mentor top-performing teams, and establish partnerships with Introducing Brokers and affiliates to drive growth and deposits.

You will own the commercial strategy, oversee budgets, and optimize segmentation, pricing, and product adaptations for local traders.

Competenze

• 10+ years in Business Development, incl. 5+ years in leadership within Forex/CFD
• Strong network of IBs and affiliates in India
• Deep understanding of the Indian trading market
• Experience building commercial teams and operations
• Strong CRM, lead workflow, and partnership models (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid)
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is an advantage

Mansioni

• Lead launch and growth of a new Forex/CFD brand for the Indian market
• Build and execute market entry strategy and establish local presence
• Recruit, develop, and manage cross-functional teams (BD, Marketing, CS, Partnerships)
• Identify, onboard, and manage IBs, affiliates, and strategic partners
• Develop commission structures and incentive programs to maximize partner performance
• Build relationships with financial influencers and regional communities
• Design localized campaigns to increase active traders and deposits
• Monitor P&L and trading activity for sustainable growth
• Analyze market trends and adapt products/payment methods
• Set KPIs across functions and drive accountability
• Collaborate with external providers in dealing, payments, compliance, and ops
• Ensure AML/KYC/compliance across activities
