Job summary

Cross Border Talents seeks a General Manager - India (Forex/CFD) to lead a new brand from Dubai. This senior role oversees market entry, partnerships and a regional team across BD, marketing and support, driving growth and profitability. Fluency in Hindi and English and a strong IB network are essential.

The position offers a remote work model with GMT3 to GMT7 flexibility and significant strategic influence in shaping product, payment methods and regional expansion.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Business Development experience, incl. 5+ years in senior leadership within Forex/CFD.
• Strong knowledge of the Indian trading market and regional environment.
• Existing network of Introducing Brokers and affiliates highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the launch and growth of a Forex/CFD brand targeting India from Dubai.
• Build and execute market entry strategy and establish a local presence.
• Recruit, develop and manage teams across BD, Marketing, Support and Partnerships.
• Develop commission structures and partner programs to maximize performance.
