Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a General Manager - India (Forex/CFD) to lead the launch and growth of a new brand targeting the Indian market. This remote, full-time role requires building a market entry strategy, establishing a local presence, and leading cross-functional teams across BD, Marketing, Support, and Partnerships.

You will recruit and manage IBs/affiliates, design partner compensation structures, and drive growth while ensuring AML/KYC and compliance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Business Development experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role in Forex/CFD.
• Fluent Hindi and English, written and spoken.
• Strong network of Introducing Brokers and affiliates across India preferred.
• Experience building and scaling commercial teams and operations.
• Solid knowledge of CRM systems and partner models (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid).

• Monitor business performance, trading activity, and P&L metrics to ensure sustainable growth.
• Analyze market trends and adapt products, payment methods, and trading conditions to local requirements.
• Establish clear KPIs across functions and drive accountability for business results.
• Collaborate with external providers supporting dealing, payments, compliance, and product operations.
• Ensure all business activities align with AML, KYC, and compliance requirements.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent Hindi and English skills, both written and spoken
• 10+ years of Business Development experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within Forex/CFD industry
• Strong understanding of the Indian trading market and regional business environment
• Existing network of Introducing Brokers and affiliates across India is highly preferred
• Experience building and scaling commercial teams and business operations
• Solid knowledge of CRM systems, lead conversion processes, and partnership models including CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid structures
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
• Strategic mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and commercial performance
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field is considered an advantage.
