Cross Border Talents is seeking a General Manager - India (Forex/CFD) to lead the launch and growth of a new brand targeting the Indian market. This remote, full-time role requires building a market entry strategy, establishing a local presence, and leading cross-functional teams across BD, Marketing, Support, and Partnerships.

You will recruit and manage IBs/affiliates, design partner compensation structures, and drive growth while ensuring AML/KYC and compliance.

Competenze

• 10+ years of Business Development experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role in Forex/CFD.
• Fluent Hindi and English, written and spoken.
• Strong network of Introducing Brokers and affiliates across India preferred.
• Experience building and scaling commercial teams and operations.
• Solid knowledge of CRM systems and partner models (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid).

• Lead the launch and growth of a new Forex and CFD brand targeting the Indian market.
• Build and execute the market entry strategy and establish a strong local presence.
• Recruit, develop, and manage high-performing teams across Business Development, Marketing, Customer Support, and Partnerships.
• Identify, onboard, and manage key Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and strategic partners.
• Develop commission structures and incentive programs to maximize partner performance and loyalty.
• Build relationships with financial influencers, trading educators, and regional communities.
• Design and execute localized sales and marketing campaigns to increase active traders and deposit volumes.
• Monitor business performance, trading activity, and P&L metrics to ensure sustainable growth.
• Analyze market trends and adapt products, payment methods, and trading conditions to local requirements.
• Establish clear KPIs across functions and drive accountability for business results.
• Collaborate with external providers supporting dealing, payments, compliance, and product operations.
• Ensure all business activities align with AML, KYC, and compliance requirements.
