Qualifications

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Experience recruiting for technology/IT roles is highly desirable.
• Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, GitHub and niche boards.
• Strong written and spoken English for professional interviews and outreach.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills in high-volume pipelines.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source and engage qualified talent across global markets with focus on IT.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines and convert passive prospects.
• Conduct structured initial interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate hiring process to ensure smooth candidate progression.
