• Develop and execute recruitment campaigns for targeted talent pools.
• Screen resumes, review applications and conduct initial assessments.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Guide interviewers and assess candidate fit.
• Serve as main contact for candidates, providing updates and feedback.
• Assist in offer negotiation and onboarding processes.
• Promote employer brand through channels and events.
• Maintain ATS records and generate recruitment metrics.
