Unknown is seeking a Senior Human Resources Recruiter to own the full recruitment lifecycle for its growing teams across the UAE. Working remotely from Dubai, you will partner with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

You will source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and headhunting, manage ATS workflows, and ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and visa requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience in UAE.
• Full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions and seniority levels.
• Fluent English with excellent written and spoken communication.
• Strong sourcing skills including LinkedIn Recruiter and direct headhunting.
• Solid understanding of UAE labour law, visa processes, and local market.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from intake to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and timelines.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and headhunting.
• Screen and interview candidates; manage ATS records and status updates.
• Coordinate interviews and gather structured feedback from stakeholders.
• Prepare, extend, and negotiate offers in line with UAE benchmarks.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and visa requirements.
• Track recruitment metrics and build long-term talent pipelines.
• Champion a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
