Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Recruitment experience in Engineering services or related industries.
• Experience in different sourcing strategies and channels to attract qualified candidates.
• Team player with strong communication, self-motivation, problem-solving skills, and time/resource management under tight timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in alignment with organizational goals.
• Identify and source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
• Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and facilitate the selection process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers and departments to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices for hiring.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs, including passive candidates and diverse talent pools.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to inform recruitment strategies and employer branding.
• Manage the offer process, including answering queries related to the offer and ensuring candidates have all relevant information.
• Record recruitment activity in designated trackers and provide regular updates to leadership on hiring progress, candidate quality, and market trends.
