Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter based in the United Arab Emirates to own recruitment from sourcing through onboarding. You will identify high-quality IT profiles, manage pipelines, conduct screenings, and ensure a professional candidate experience.

The role offers autonomy in a fully remote environment with modern sourcing tools. You will partner with hiring managers to define needs, build targeted strategies, and provide regular updates while leveraging ATS and global

Qualifications

Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition.
Experience recruiting for technology/IT roles is highly desirable.
Demonstrated success using modern recruiting platforms, ATS, and sourcing engines.
Strong English communication, both written and spoken.
Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding.
Source and engage qualified talent through job boards, networks, and direct outreach.
Build and maintain candidate pipelines and convert passive prospects into active candidates.
Conduct structured initial interviews evaluating qualifications and fit.
Coordinate hiring process and onboarding activities with hiring managers.
