Job summary

Bradford Jacobs is hiring a Business Development Representative to support international sales initiatives. This fully remote role offers a long-term career path in international business expansion, corporate services, EOR solutions, payroll and consultative B2B sales.

You will research prospective customers, identify opportunities and book qualified meetings, engaging with senior professionals. This is not a generic call-centre role, with progression to Senior Business Manager after six months

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, telesales or appointment setting within B2B environments.
• Comfortable engaging with senior decision-makers and building relationships.
• Remote-work capable with a target-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Research target companies and identify decision-makers.
• Build and maintain prospect lists for outbound campaigns.
• Proactive outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and other channels.
• Book qualified introductory meetings for the senior commercial team.
• Maintain accurate activity records in internal systems.
