The ideal candidate has 10+ years in BD within the BPO sector, with a proven record of achieving revenue targets and managing enterprise sales cycles across international markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of business development experience, including strong experience within the BPO industry.
• Proven track record of winning new BPO clients and achieving revenue targets.
• Experience selling BPO services to clients in multiple international markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute BD strategies across the United States, Europe, and Gulf markets.
• Identify, engage, and acquire new clients in healthcare, retail, and telecom sectors.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline and lead full sales cycle from prospecting to contracts.
