Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development in Dubai.
• Must have recruitment or staffing services experience and be based in the UAE.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end recruitment process including client requirements, sourcing, screening, offers, and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Dubai and UAE market
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and hiring needs
• Perform active prospection through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and decision-makers
• Present recruitment solutions and service offerings to prospective clients
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with recruitment teams
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure
• Maintain accurate records of activities and pipelines using CRM tools
• Meet quarterly business development targets
