Refine Development Management is seeking an International Business Development Manager to drive its overseas expansion. You will identify and onboard international real estate agencies and brokerage partners, expand the global network, and maintain relationships across markets.

You will train partner teams and shepherd product knowledge, pricing updates and brand consistency abroad. The role requires strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills, plus the ability to travel

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of international business development experience.
• Strong knowledge of international markets.
• Proven real estate sales or BD background with international exposure.
• Willingness to travel extensively with visa-friendly travel eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard overseas real estate agencies and broker partners.
• Build long-term relationships with international agencies and partners.
• Deliver product knowledge, pricing updates and sales training to partners.
• Conduct country-level market analysis to align project positioning with investor demand.
• Plan and coordinate international roadshows, exhibitions and investor events.
