Job summary

Top Talent Recruitment is seeking a Sales Manager - B2B SaaS to work remotely with a global scope, including UK/USA and Dubai markets. You will partner with the Sales Director to build and scale the sales function, establish effective processes, and drive commercial growth.

The role requires proven leadership in sales, English at native or near-native level, and a strong track record in coaching, forecasting, and pipeline management.

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience in a Sales Manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong understanding of full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Experience coaching and developing a sales team.
• Ability to establish structure, processes and CRM reporting.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Sales Director to build and develop the sales function.
• Define sales strategies, processes and ways of working to meet commercial goals.
• Recruit, onboard, and manage sales team members as the organisation grows.
• Set clear objectives and performance expectations for the team.
• Coach and support team members to improve sales performance and skills.
• Monitor pipeline, forecast accuracy and revenue performance.
• Maintain a structured sales pipeline with consistent follow-up.
