Job summary

Ideals is a global B2B SaaS provider expanding in the UAE. The Ideals VDR enables secure document sharing for due diligence, fundraising, and complex transactions, and this role sits in the Dubai area to drive growth.

You will reach out to 30-40 new customers monthly, manage a 50+ opportunity pipeline, and engage with C-suite decision-makers across Finance and other sectors to drive growth in the UAE market.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of direct sales or business development experience in B2B or professional services.
• Experience in high-velocity sales and engaging with decision-makers.
• Proven track record of managing pipelines and closing high-value deals.
• Excellent business communication to deliver persuasive pitches.
• Fluency in English (C1 minimum).

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with key stakeholders and industry influencers in Dubai.
• Deliver sales targets by focusing on new customer acquisition.
• Proactively manage a pipeline and strategic accounts in Dubai.
• Contribute to UAE sales and marketing strategy.
• Present product compellingly to clients.
• Structure, negotiate, and close deals.
• Provide updates and feedback to customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Commercial Sales to grow revenue.
